DANIEL YOPP
(President/CEO)
Daniel has dedicated his entire career to the arts. Working in the TV, film, and theater industry for over 18 years, he brings a passion for the visual arts. He specializes in state of the art video/ photography & Lighting. Founding his own visual arts company in 2003, his goal is to create stunning, artistic, and captivating work. He has a wide variety of experience ranging from commercials and TV shows to off-Broadway theater productions. Before his work in video and production, he spent years working in lighting for theaters, concerts, and TV shows. This is where he found his passion for cinematography. More recently, he wanted to be able to express his christian walk through cinematography, and so he started The Identity Shift.
MARIO ANTHONY RUSSO

Mario has a wide background in communications and theology. He began a career in radio broadcasting in 2001 as a radio talk show host and explored opportunities in off-Broadway theater and radio commercials. In 2004 he felt called to vocational ministry and began studying theology and serving in his local church. He and his wife were full time missionaries to Asia. Mario studied Apologetics and Biblical Exegesis at Erskine Theological Seminary, and received his Master of Arts in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary. Mario is passionate about applying the gospel to everyday life.
ELISHA JOHN

Elisha began his 13 year career in acting in the theater. Through his love for the theater, he found a passion for photography. In 2004, while landing an acting gig in a short film, he instantly fell in love with cinematography. That’s why he knew in 2005 that it was time to begin a professional career in photography. His interests have since expanded from photography to video production, and he has already amassed an incredibly impressive portfolio from his extensive work in television, TV commercials, live events, graphic design and Indie films. Elisha’s eye for artistry and love for showcasing stories through photography and film enable him to capture important moments in creative and personal ways.
KARA VIRGINIA

Kara earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Converse College in Spartanburg, S.C. She has a passion for making and using fine art as an expression of the gospel.
